Let's be real: this human experience includes a good bit of challenge.
Sometimes it’s challenge with a lowercase “c”, and other times it’s CHALLENGE.
Either way, there are some basic navigational skills that can help as you swim through the mud, scale the mountain, blaze a trail in the wilderness, or whatever your favorite metaphor is for when life leaves you feeling like you don’t know where the hell you are or which way to go.
AGILITY is a 3-month program of private coaching, personalized exercises, and guided mind-body sessions that empower you to move through life - and its challenges - with clarity, intention, agency, and purpose. It's an integrative blend of life coaching, mindset, and somatic (mind-body) tools that you will learn to use for lifelong living.
In the AGILITY program you will develop:
Emotional Agility. Emotions are how the mind and body communicate. As you learn this language you will become more fluent - and more fluid - in your feeling states.
Relational Agility. Boundaries are the limits that guide interactions with self and others. As you learn how to set boundaries you will begin to experience more harmony in your life and relationships.
Creative Agility. Cultivating a creative mindset leads to the best possible outcomes, especially when facing a challenge. Learn to calibrate your creative tension by exploring your root desires and tuning into your life vision.
